Role Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented MDM Support Specialist with 3–8 years of experience to support and enhance our enterprise MDM (Master Data Management) platforms.
The ideal candidate brings strong domain knowledge in Healthcare Master Data, hands-on experience with MDM tools, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure data reliability and compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyse, manage, and maintain healthcare master data across relevant data domains
- Conduct investigations on data discrepancies and resolve conflicts arising from multiple source system feeds
- Perform SQL queries and data profiling to validate and ensure master data integrity
- Process Data Change Requests (DCRs) related to healthcare master data in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform matching, merging, and survivorship of master data records using defined rules and workflows
- Proactively monitor and process data stewardship queues across all data object types in scope
- Identify, plan, and implement data quality initiatives to reduce duplication, incomplete records, and data inconsistencies
- Implement and maintain data stewardship processes and workflows, including approval mechanisms and DCR pipelines
- Support data governance activities by adhering to defined standards, policies, and stewardship frameworks
- Partner with business stakeholders, data engineering, and cross-functional teams to continuously improve MDM solutions
Basic Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Hands-on experience in MDM support or data stewardship in the Healthcare domain
- Strong working knowledge of MDM platforms - experience with Reltio is highly preferred
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, validation, and root cause analysis
- Solid understanding of healthcare master data concepts, data models, and data hierarchies
- Knowledge of MDM principles — data governance, stewardship, data profiling, survivorship, and matching logic
Good to Have:
- Hands-on experience with ETL development and data pipeline operations
- Exposure to Python or PySpark for data transformation and automation workflows
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS in a data operations context
- Exposure to Agile or ITIL-based support delivery models
