Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a working knowledge of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers. No hands-on coding is required.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows and design solutions
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
Maintain design consistency through design systems and style guides
Optimize designs based on usability testing and feedback
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong sense of typography, color theory, spacing, and layout
Good understanding of user-centered design principles
Ability to create:
Low-fidelity wireframes
High-fidelity mockups
Interactive prototypes
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Communication
What You Bring:
Education: Any bachelor’s or master’s degree
Understanding knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript concepts)
Experience with design systems and component libraries
Familiarity with usability testing tools
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design
